These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Gazua.link service provided by TripleAuth Inc. (the “Company”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and Members.
Article 1 (Definitions)
- “Service” means the link creation, redirection, and analytics service that the Company provides through gazua.link and its subdomains, the console, and the REST API.
- “Member” means a person who has agreed to these Terms and created an account.
- “Workspace” means the unit in which a Member manages projects, links, members, and API keys.
- “Content” means all information that a Member enters into or uploads to the Service, including links, destination URLs, values to pass along, and preview titles, descriptions, and images.
- “Visitor” means a person who uses a link created by a Member.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of These Terms)
- These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws, and will give notice on the Service and by email starting 7 days before the effective date (30 days before, for changes unfavorable to Members).
- If a Member continues to use the Service without expressing refusal by the effective date, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A Member who does not agree may terminate the service agreement.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the individual policies set by the Company (such as the Privacy Policy and the pricing policy) and applicable laws.
Article 3 (Service Agreement)
- The service agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms and completes email verification, and the Company then accepts the application.
- The Company may refuse an application, or later terminate the service agreement, in the following cases: the applicant used another person’s information; provided false information; was previously subject to a use restriction; is under 14 years of age; or otherwise does not meet the requirements set by the Company.
- Members use the Service for business or work purposes. A Member who signs up on behalf of a business warrants that they have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of that business.
Article 4 (Accounts and Security)
- Members manage their own passwords, two-step verification methods, and API keys, and must not allow any third party to use them.
- All actions taken through an account or API key are deemed to be actions of the relevant Member. A Member who becomes aware of unauthorized use must immediately change the password or revoke the key and notify the Company.
- Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting members and granting permissions, and actions taken by members in a Workspace are deemed to be actions of that Workspace.
Article 5 (Provision and Changes of the Service)
- The Company strives to provide the Service year-round without interruption, but may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service due to maintenance, outages, equipment replacement, natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, or circumstances of external providers (such as hosting providers, app marketplaces, operating systems, and messengers). Planned suspensions will be announced in advance.
- The Company may change the content, features, or usage limits of the Service, or discontinue part of it, as operationally or technically necessary, and will give 30 days’ notice if a change has a material impact on Members.
- Services provided free of charge are provided as is, and unless specifically provided otherwise by law, the Company does not compensate for changes to or suspension of free services.
- Fees, payment, and refunds for paid services are governed by the pricing policy separately set by the Company.
- Usage limits for each Workspace (such as monthly link clicks) follow the tier set by the Company. When a limit is exceeded, the Company may limit the quality of the Service, such as by showing a wait screen before redirecting, without blocking the links. Usage is aggregated periodically and may differ from actual usage.
Article 6 (Limitations of Link Behavior)
- Whether tapping a link opens an app or leads to an app store or website depends on the Visitor’s device, operating system, browser, whether the app is installed, and the policies of in-app browsers in messengers and of app marketplaces. The Company does not guarantee that an app will open in any particular environment.
- Click analytics are estimates for operating the Service; they may differ from actual figures depending on bot filtering and aggregation methods, and are not guaranteed as a basis for settlement or billing.
- Members must themselves export and keep any information stored in the Service that they need.
Article 7 (Member Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)
Members must comply with applicable laws and these Terms and must not engage in any of the following conduct.

- Including another person’s personal information or sensitive information in link URLs, values to pass along, or preview information
- Placing an excessive load on the Service or other users’ systems, or circumventing rate limits or security measures
- Reverse engineering or copying the Service, or reselling or redistributing the Service without the Company’s consent
- Defaming the Company or third parties, or interfering with their business
Article 8 (Rights and Responsibilities for Content)
- Rights and responsibilities for Content belong to the Member who entered it. Members warrant that they have the legitimate right to use their Content.
- Members permit the Company to store, reproduce, display, and transmit (including link previews and redirection) Content to the extent necessary for the Company to provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- The Company has no obligation to review Content in advance. However, if Content violates laws or these Terms, or an infringement of rights is reported, the Company may delete the relevant link or Content or block redirection without prior notice, and will notify the Member after taking action.
- Link domains (e.g., myapp.gazua.link) and link URLs are only rights of use within the Service and are not owned by Members. The Company may change or reclaim them in cases of trademark infringement, impersonation, or potential for confusion, and deleted link URLs and link domains may not be available for reuse.
Article 9 (Use Restrictions and Termination)
- If a Member violates these Terms, the Company may restrict use in the following order: warning, link blocking, temporary suspension, and termination of the agreement. However, in cases of illegal acts, phishing or malware, or a significant risk of harm to others, the Company may terminate the agreement immediately.
- Members may terminate the service agreement at any time by deleting their account in the account settings of the console. However, any Workspace of which the Member is the sole owner must first be deactivated, and after the Member’s account is deleted that Workspace can no longer be reactivated and becomes permanently unusable, including for its other members.
- When the agreement ends, the Member’s links stop working, and Content and information are deleted except as provided by law or the Privacy Policy. Deleted information cannot be recovered.
Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)
- If a Member suffers damage due to the Company’s intent or negligence, the Company will compensate for it in accordance with applicable laws.
- Unless the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence, the Company is not liable for the following damages: suspension of the Service for the reasons in Article 5(1); the limitations of link behavior in Article 6; causes attributable to the Member (such as careless account management or errors in Content); disputes between a Member and Visitors or third parties; and damages arising in external apps, websites, or app marketplaces.
- Unless the Company acted intentionally or with gross negligence, the Company is not liable for a Member’s lost business profits, indirect damages, or special damages, and the Company’s liability for damages is limited to the service fees paid by the Member to the Company during the 3 months before the damage occurred.
Article 11 (Member’s Indemnification)
If a Member’s violation of these Terms or applicable laws causes damage to the Company, or a third party raises an objection or claim against the Company in connection with the Member’s Content or links, the Member must, at its own responsibility and expense, hold the Company harmless and compensate the Company for the damages incurred (including reasonable attorneys’ fees).
Article 12 (Notices)
The Company notifies Members through the email address registered by the Member or on the Service. Notice to all Members may be given instead by posting on the Service for at least 7 days. Members must maintain a reachable email address and bear any disadvantage resulting from failure to do so.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes between the Company and a Member will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act (「민사소송법」). If the Member is a business, the Seoul Central District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
